Our fireproofing systems are engineered to achieve required fire-resistance ratings for structural steel, concrete, and assemblies, providing critical passive fire protection that maintains structural integrity during fire events. Thermal insulation solutions are installed to meet or exceed project R-value requirements, improving energy efficiency and occupant comfort, while acoustical systems are designed to enhance sound control and meet STC performance objectives.

Waterproofing systems include below-grade and above-grade assemblies engineered for hydrostatic pressure resistance, vapor control, and moisture mitigation to protect structural components and interior finishes. Our firestopping installations utilize tested and approved UL systems to maintain fire-rated assemblies at penetrations, joints, curtain walls, and perimeter conditions, ensuring compartmentalization and smoke containment.
